ON COURSE GOLF COACHING IN TELFORD

WREKIN GOLF CLUB GOLF LESSONS

Wrekin Golf Club is one of Shropshire’s most picturesque golf venues, set amongst natural woodland at the foot of The Wrekin with stunning views across the North Shropshire plain. Established in 1905, the course provides a challenging yet enjoyable test for golfers of all abilities, combining beautiful surroundings with a welcoming atmosphere. Alongside the renowned course, players can benefit from dedicated practice facilities, including a practice ground, putting green and on course coaching opportunities, making it an excellent venue for both game improvement and enjoyable golf experiences.

TAKE YOUR PRACTICE

TO THE GOLF COURSE

I am delighted to offer on course golf coaching at Wrekin Golf Club, one of Shropshire’s most respected and scenic golf courses.

Whilst practice facilities and technology play an important role in player development, many golfers struggle to transfer those improvements onto the golf course. On course coaching bridges that gap by helping you understand how to score better, manage your game more effectively and make better decisions under pressure.

Playing alongside you on the course allows me to identify the strengths and weaknesses that may not always appear during a traditional lesson. We can assess everything from course management and club selection to short game decisions, shot strategy and mental performance.

Whether you’re looking to lower your handicap, improve scoring consistency or simply enjoy your golf more, on course coaching at Wrekin Golf Club provides a unique and highly effective learning experience.

EXPERIENCE WREKIN GOLF CLUB

Wrekin Golf Club provides an outstanding setting for on course coaching, combining a challenging layout with a variety of holes that test every aspect of a golfer’s game. The course allows players to experience real world situations that simply cannot be recreated on a practice ground.

From strategic tee shots and approach play to short game decisions around the greens, every hole presents an opportunity to learn, develop and improve scoring performance.

HOW TRACKMAN HELPS & WHAT TO EXPECT

TrackMan 4 provides accurate data on both your swing and ball flight, allowing us to identify exactly what is happening at impact and throughout the shot. By measuring key performance metrics such as launch, spin, ball speed, carry distance and shot dispersion, we can remove the guesswork from practice and focus on changes that deliver measurable improvements on the course.

Each session begins with a discussion about your goals and current performance before assessing your swing, short game, putting or on course play. Using TrackMan 4 and video analysis where appropriate, we will identify the areas that offer the greatest opportunity for improvement and create a clear, practical plan to help you lower scores and achieve your golfing goals.
