I have had golf lessons with Steve Thomas and could not recommend him as a golf instructor highly enough. I started with Steve a couple of years ago due to ongoing swing problems. Steve’s approach immediately worked with me. He has a great balance of using technology but explaining in a manner that doesn’t confuse.
Steve’s approach meant that I understood the flaws and was able to fix them. It had an immediate improvement to my game and my handicap came down by 3 or 4 shots very quickly.
I have continued to see Steve and the game has become far more consistent.

Before I had a lesson with Steve, I didn’t understand why I was unable to have a consistent swing. Steve asked me to swing while he filmed me. He then took me into the swing studio, here he played the video and told me my posture was all off. He then gave me advice to correct my posture and how to set up correctly, I instantly notice the difference and felt good in my swing. He sends you a video via email so you can look back at the lesson.
Since then my game has been much better and I have dropped my score round the course. I would highly recommend Steve he is very professional and very knowledgeable.

I reckon Steve has read every golf book ever written! He manages to blend loads of technical knowledge into a laid back coaching style, meaning that no two lessons are ever the same; I find it really helps to understand ‘why’ I need to swing differently, not just ‘how’.
I hadn’t played golf for nearly 20 years, but after 12 months with Steve I’ve improved my game massively. I joined the academy club and found the mix of 1 to 1 coaching, group clinics and masterclasses really helpful. I decided that money spent on lessons was better value than money spent on the latest clubs, there’s nothing better than winning a longest drive comp with an ebay driver!! I’m now down to a 19 handicap but the biggest improvement has been consistency and more enjoyment from my rounds.
Top coach, I’ve had a few golf pro’s that recycle the same old lessons. Steve is genuinely different, lessons are always bespoke, well planned and good fun. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Steve started teaching me 2 years ago. In that time he has improved my confidence playing golf in that I now feel more confident playing shots I would never have attempted.
