What this is

A training week. Not a holiday with a lesson bolted on.

HOW THE WEEK WORKS

Four parts. One connected system.

Each part of the week feeds the next, so what you learn in the morning is tested, played and planned for by the evening.

01.

Technique

Technical work on every area of the game, guided by what your pre-week assessment shows needs developing.

You will: work on your swing, short game and putting with data and video feedback.

02.

Skills Games

Standardised tests that measure your application of your technique and how well it holds up.

You will: test each area of your game, get a score, and see where you stand.

03.

Playing strategy

How to play and plan a round — from the fundamentals of course management to advanced decision-making.

You will: learn it in a short presentation each day, then apply it live on the course.

04.

Practice

The theory of practice, and how to build a session that matches where you are: technique, skill or playing.

You will: build your own practice session and a plan for evolving it after the week.

YOUR WEEK, START TO FINISH

It starts before you arrive.

01.

Before you arrive

You complete a short pre-week assessment — your scoring, your strengths, where shots are being lost. It tells us which areas of your game to prioritise.

02.

During the week

Two coaching sessions each morning, a strategy session and golf each afternoon. Technique, skills tests, strategy and practice-building — every day.

03.

When you go home

You leave with your assessment results, your priorities, and a practice plan you built yourself — so the improvement carries on after the trip.

WHAT WE COVER

Every area of your game.

Each area is assessed three ways — so you know whether the shot needs a technical change, more skill under pressure, or better decisions on the course.

Putting

Technique

Can you make the movement? Measured with video and data.

Skill

Can you do it to a target, with a score on the line? Measured with Skills Games.

Playing ability

Can you do it on the course, under pressure? Measured in play.

PLAYING STRATEGY

Learn it and prove it on the golf course.

Each afternoon starts with a short strategy session — then you go out and play 9 to 18 holes using it. Over the week it builds from the fundamentals to the advanced decisions that separate scores.
  • ● Fundamentals — how to plan a hole, choose a target and manage your misses.
  • ● Advanced — the decisions, routines and pressure management that separate scores.
  • ● On the course — you play it the same afternoon, with Steve alongside you.
